Our Fellow Patriots,

Cornerstone was born out of a time of great darkness, in Minnesota’s history –yes, and in our nation’s history.  States have a right to protect their children and minors.  The Constitution supports the rights of the States to have a differences of opinion on what this protection should constitute.  And, the US Constitution requires that the States respect each other’s laws.

On _______________, with Executive Order [NUMBER] by the Governor of Minnesota, Minnesota became complicit in the mutilation of children and minors, by becoming a so-called Sanctuary State for so-called gender-affirming care.  Under this Executive Order, Governor Walz directed his Attorney General and other Minnesota Law Enforcement, not to cooperate with the investigations of any State into the mutilation of children and minors by so-called gender-affirming care.  Further, the Minnesota State Legislature [all branches captive to Democrat majorities] enacted into law legislation that a child or minor who is the citizen from another state can come to Minnesota, have their parents’ parental rights removed by Minnesota courts and proceed with their own self-mutilation and so-called gender transition.

Cornerstone is the answer to this horrific direction our nation has taken into the abyss.  We can take some comfort in having a President who supports the protection of children.  However, we cannot rest on our laurels.  A Coalition of States is in the process of being formed and we must continue to build our national moral consensus with all the legal teeth necessary to drive these evils out of our nation.  This Coalition would put the child mutilators on notice, if a child from the Coalition States is mutilated, the perpetrators would be arrested, tried and [if convicted] imprisoned, if the perpetrators were found within the borders of any of the Coalition States.

In reaching out to us at Cornerstone, you are expressing an interest in learning more.  Very likely, you have a strong inclination to take action.  This packet is meant to give you a start.  Please also read our website and, especially, the “Declaration of Purpose…”.  On May 9th of 2024, this Declaration was signed in the rotunda of the Minnesota Capitol by citizens and Republican Legislators alike.  [If you go to the NEWS dropdown on our site and then click on videos, you will be able to find archived film footage of the event.]

We strongly encourage you to print a copy of the Declaration and hold a similar event in your state.  Once a majority of your state’s elected representatives have signed the Declaration, you will become eligible to be a Coalition State.  [Minnesota cannot become a Coalition State because we do not have the votes to pass legislation which would enforce the goals of the Coalition.]

Once we have several States signed onto the Declaration, we will coordinate with the leadership of those States to have the first annual Cornerstone Standard Coalition of States gathering.  Leading up to this event, we want to be communicating with you and other Coalition State Representatives for the purpose of planning this event.  A formal State Compact will need to be drawn up in a legal document to lay our commitments that will be made among the Coalition States for cooperation in such things as police activities, along with bylaws, etc.

We want to make sure that we confirm the identities of all those who reach out to us through the legislative portal, so that we can avoid the obvious complications resulting from the failure to do so.  Please provide your full name, legislative office address and phone number as well as your mobile phone number.  Once you provide this and we are able to confirm your identity, we will reciprocate with our contact information.  It is important that you make it easy for us to reach you, given that our time is limited.

Once we are all connected, you will be kept informed about any significant developments and you’ll be invited to meetings and events related to the unfolding of this historic movement for bringing righteousness back to our nation.  This will include providing you with the opportunity to meet the key legislative leadership who are backing Cornerstone in Minnesota.

We truly appreciate your courage and willingness to affiliate with Cornerstone.

 With Respect & Hope,

 The Cornerstone Team

What is Cornerstone?

Cornerstone is a movement dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable members of society—currently focused on children and minors and preventing their mutilation by so-called gender affirming care.

What is the Cornerstone Standard: Protecting Children?

The Cornerstone Standard strips away language commonly used today to cloak evil.  It calls child mutilation, child mutilation—not “gender affirming care”.  When things are correctly named, the course of action that must be taken becomes crystal clear.  Currently, there is only one article in the standard and it is focused on bringing an end to the evil of child mutilation under the guise of so-called “gender-affirming care”.  It will be left to the Cornerstone Coalition of States to add additional articles, in the course of time.

What is the Cornerstone Standard Coalition of States?

The Coalition is a cohort of states the majority of whose legislative representatives have signed “A Declaration of Purpose calling for the formation of The Cornerstone Standard Coalition of States” and whose laws are consistent with Article 1 of the Cornerstone Standard.

What will the Cornerstone Coalition of States be doing to accomplish the purposes of the Declaration?

The Coalition will do whatever is necessary and constitutional and, most importantly, will not back down or fail to provide all means necessary to fulfill the objectives of the Declaration and Article 1 of the Cornerstone Standard.  This includes but would not be limited to forming a Compact with the other Coalition states to cooperate in the exercise of police powers within the borders of the Coalition States.

The Coalition States will agree to cooperate in the investigation of cases where children or minors who are citizens of the Coalition States suffered mutilation—especially in so-called Sanctuary States.  Once the perpetrators of these crimes have been identified, warrants will be issued for their arrest.  The Coalition States will share this arrest warrant information and, if said perpetrators are ever found within the borders of the Coalition States, they will be arrested and [if necessary] extradited to the state whose citizen minor or child was mutilated.  The perpetrators will then be tried and, if convicted, imprisoned according to the criminal statues of the state whose minor or child was mutilated.

Is it constitutional for the Coalition States to do this?

Yes.  States have the right to protect their citizens from predatory individuals –whether or not the crimes were committed in another state.  If a criminal transports a child to another state and then harms them, the child’s home state has the right to arrest the perpetrator, if they are found within the borders of their state.  It is the same with the crime of child mutilation.

In fact, the states that claim to be “Sanctuary States” where children can come from other states where it’s illegal and be mutilated are in violation of Article 4 of the US Constitution which requires states to respect each other’s laws.
